1. How long will it take to receive my order?
As each piece is handmade to order, your order will typically take 8 to 10 working days to prepare before being shipped.
2. Need Your Order Sooner?
If you need your order within a shorter time frame, you can select the "Rush Order" option at checkout for a small fee. With this service, we will prioritise your order and ship it out within 2 to 4 working days.
3. Where Do You Ship?
We currently ship to most destinations worldwide. Simply add your desired items to the cart, and the shipping cost will be auto-calculated based on your delivery address during checkout.
4. Customs & Duties
Our shipping charges do not include customs taxes or duties that may be applied in your destination country. Customers will be responsible for any additional customs charges, if applicable.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details on refunds, exchanges, and repairs.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please review the following return guidelines carefully:
1. Earrings & Hygiene Policy
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.
- However, if your earrings arrive with a defect and are unworn, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. Each case will be assessed individually.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following items:
- Personalised items (including stamped rings and custom-sized rings).
- Non-jewellery items (e.g., ring sizers).
- Sale items and final clearance pieces.
3. How to Initiate a Return, Exchange, or Repair
- Please contact us at hello@inarijewellery.com with your order number and a description of your request.
- Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging.
4. Shipping Costs & Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- As we subsidise the initial shipment cost for your order, any refund request due to customer error or change of mind, our team will only be able to refund the total value of order minus the shipment fee subsidised.
- For items valued above RM 300, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance.
- Please note: Any items lost or not reaching us will remain the customer’s responsibility.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email.
- If approved, a full refund (excluding any shipping fees) will be processed within 10 days.
- For exchanges, please return the original item(s) and place a new order for your desired piece. Refunds for the returned item will be processed within 10 days of inspection.
- Exchanges are limited to once per order.
1. Complimentary Repairs
We offer free repair services for the first repair issue. However, repairs due to customer misuse will not be covered under this policy. Please note that shipping costs for all repairs will be borne by the customer.
2. How to Request a Repair
To request a repair, kindly submit your Repair Request Form here. Our team will assess your submission and respond with the next steps within 3-5 working days.
3. Subsequent Repairs
For any repairs required after the initial complimentary service, we are happy to assist. A small service fee of RM 50 will apply, and any additional material costs may incur extra charges. Customers will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and covering the return shipping fee once the repair is completed.
4. Tarnishing & Discolouration
Tarnishing or discolouration caused by chemical exposure, water contact, or improper care (including specific gemstones) is the customer’s responsibility. Please refer to our Care Instructions and Gemstone Guide for best practices to keep your jewellery pristine.
Typically, gold-filled and sterling silver pieces may require occasional cleaning to restore their original shine and with proper care, can last for 5 - 10 years.
5. Natural Wear & Tear
Normal wear and tear is expected over time, and jewellery may naturally lose some of its original lustre. To prolong the life of your pieces:
- Keep your jewellery clean and dry.
- Store it safely when not in use.
- Lightly polish with a soft cloth if dullness occurs.

2. Custom Orders

Our pieces are crafted from high-quality, authentic metals designed for lasting wear and timeless elegance. Here's a breakdown of the materials we use:
1. Sterling Silver
- Composed of 92.5% pure silver, with the remaining 7.5% copper for added strength without compromising its beauty.
- As a precious metal, sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time if unworn but can be easily restored with a gentle polish using a silver cloth.
2. Gold-Filled
- Gold-filled jewellery consists of multiple layers of solid gold pressure-bonded to a high-quality jeweller's brass core.
- It contains 100x more gold content than gold plating or vermeil, offering greater durability and longevity.
- This makes gold-filled the ideal alternative to solid gold, balancing quality and value beautifully.
3. Gold Vermeil
- Gold vermeil (pronounced ver-may) features a thick layer of at least 2.5 microns of gold electroplated over a sterling silver base.
- Our gold vermeil pieces use 18k gold for a rich, warm finish.
- While durable, it’s important to avoid moisture, chemicals, and abrasion to maintain its appearance over time.
Individually Hand Picked Gemstones
All our gemstones are individually selected from our trusted partners who share Inari's values of integrity and responsible practices. Most of our gemstones are sourced from small businesses and gemstone dealers from Malaysia, Thailand and USA.
We prioritise working with partners who align with our commitment to sustainability and authenticity.
To ensure your Inari pieces remain beautiful and long-lasting, please follow these care guidelines:
1. Proper Storage
- Store your jewellery in airtight bags (a ziplock bag works great) to minimise exposure to air and moisture, especially for sterling silver pieces that can oxidise over time.
2. Cleaning Your Jewellery
- Over time, daily wear can cause your jewellery to appear dull due to the buildup of products, sweat, and natural oils.
- To restore its shine, gently clean your jewellery with a soft-bristled toothbrush, mild soap, and warm water. This will help remove the layer of dirt and residue, bringing back the natural lustre of your pieces. After cleaning, pat dry with a soft towel and allow it to air dry completely before storing.
- We accept credit card payments and bank transfers. For bank transfers, payment details will be provided when you select this method during checkout. Kindly send your proof of payment to hello@inarijewellery.com to confirm your order.
