Repair Process

Once we've assessed your piece, we'll provide a cost estimate for the service (your first repair is complimentary unless due to customer negligence).

Our team will share delivery details, and you can choose to ship your piece or drop it off at our studio. Delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving your piece, our artisans will begin the careful restoration or transformation process, treating your jewellery with the utmost care and craftsmanship. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks to accomodate your request.

Completion & Pick Up

Your piece will undergo a final quality check to ensure it meets our standards.

Once ready, we’ll notify you for collection or arrange secure shipping. Your jewellery will return to you beautifully restored, repolished, or reimagined — ready to be cherished once more.
